We are transforming traditional dimsum by perserving the authenticity while being inspired by Nordic kitchen. DimSum is the answer to these requests. I'm currently integrating most of the tools on the website into one I have created a Mac install package for DimSum. You can have Dimsum using 19 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Dimsum
- Prepare 1 potong of ayam fillet potong kecil kecil.

- You need secukupnya of Kulit pangsit goreng/rebus.
- You need 3 sdm of tepung tapioka.

Dimsum step by step
- Siapkan bahan bahan terlebih dahulu dan pisahkan wortel yang sudah diparut untuk taburan diatasnya.
- Blender ayam fillet yang sudah dipotong kecil kecil, udang kupas lalu masukan bawang putih, air sedikitt saja.
- Kemudian daging yang sudah dihaluskan taruh ditempat lalu campurkan dengan 1 butir putih telur, daun bawang, labu siam, kecap asin, saostiram,lada bubuk, garam, minyak wijen, tepung tapioka,wortel yang sudah dipisahkan menjadi 2..
- Jika sudah tercampur kulit pangsit dioleskan dengan air terlebih dahulu lalu masukan adonan sedikitt lipat lalu ditaburkan wortel sebagai pelengkap.
- Kukus selama 30 menit. Lebih baik pake kulitnya khusus kulit dimsum ya karna ini kebetulan pake kulit pangsit jadi kurang lembek tapi rasa tetep enakk..
